So how does the process work?
STEP 1: Choose your paper size
From the 'Create Your Portrait' page, simply select the paper size you want your portrait to be created on.
From here, you can choose from unframed or framed, and select whether you want to add an extra pet or person to your portrait.
If you're not sure which size to choose, please contact me for some guidance! I'm here to help you.
STEP 2: Upload your photographs at the checkout
When you're ready to check out, you'll see an 'upload file +' button - this is where you can upload the photo you want for your drawing.
If you want to upload more than one, you can do this later. Once uploaded, you can pay to complete your booking.

STEP 3: Contact from me, and your drawing begins
Great! I've now received your order, and I'll email you to confirm the details of how you want your portrait to look. For example, this could be adding text, choosing the background etc. Once happy, we both sign an agreement to reflect these details.
I make a start on your drawing, and keep you updated as it progresses.
STEP 4: Your drawing is complete!
As soon as your drawing has been completed, I will contact you to let you know the good news! Depending on if you've chosen a delivery method or local pick-up at the checkout, I will send you tracking information or arrange the pick-up details with you.

FAQ:
HOW LONG DOES A DRAWING TAKE TO FINISH?
Every drawing -depending on the size- can take between 8-50 hours to complete to ensure the best detail and likeness of your chosen subjects.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Each piece is created using high quality materials; Prismacolour, Faber-Castell Polychromos and Caran D'Ache coloured pencils, as well as Stabilo Carbothello pastel pencils & pan pastels on a choice of 12x9" Pastelmat paper, 9x7" anthracite Pastelmat, 12x16" (30cm x 40cm) Pastelmat and Pure White Bristol Board in sizes A4 and A3.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR A DRAWING DEADLINE?
I usually ask for at least one months' notice before the deadline you need, to allow for creation and shipping time. This also depends on how many bookings I have to work on at one time. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please contact me first so I can confirm the completion date for you in advance.

"I DON'T KNOW WHAT SIZE I SHOULD CHOOSE!"
That's okay! If you need further assistance in choosing the right option for you, just fill out the contact form on the 'contact' page and I'll help you through the process!
